    pretend i did not give 1 star. they don't even deserve half a star. i rented a property through Daniel Governale who did not go through his agency to rent me this home. (the Barnett group) HE WAS AWFUL. he made me feel uncomfortable 24/7. he made the rudest remarks and constantly tried to belittle me. he would show up unannounced without notice all the time and ALWAYS when he knew my husband would not be home. he made me feel scared to be home alone to the point i set up security cameras and caught him multiple times sitting outside of my home in the drive way waiting for me to come out at early hours of the morning. he would send me the longest, most rude emails & he NEVER used proper english i could barely understand anything he was typing. he was the worst landlord i have ever come across and 150% do not recomend this agency if they hire people as disgustingly rude and creepy as him. WORST AGENCY AND WORST "AGENT" EVER.

    I don't understand the negative reviews. I have always experienced courteous, efficient service from knowledgeable staff. They are professional both at the drive-through and inside. I would never use a bank again. The Credit Union is the way to go and Launch is the best!

    Staff seriously needs to be mindful that parents should be treated appropriately! We have questions and concerns and should not feel like a criminal because we have used our "voice" in behalf of our children. If you think of bringing your children here and have the natural overly protective instinct to stand up for your child be ready to deal with the repercussions from the administration. Not every school is perfect but not every school has adults working in them.
